Thats not a University of Tennessee or Georgia or Harvard study. Its not going to come to you and its not going to fall in your lap. Im going to go, Hey, Im getting ready to do some changes. Most recently I cut out all the travel in my schedule for the first quarter of 2023, and Im loving it by the way. I went to John, I said, Heres my problem. What was interesting, and I wont dig into this because thats not the subject today, John didnt agree with me. I mean, Ive got a clear personal path, Ive got a clear path that if I focus on that personal development is going to impact the main categories, the main areas of my life. Micro-managing. Its just so simple. To take an hour every week and say, Okay. You spend all this intentionality, you build this growth plan. Im reading it every day.
